Challenges

We receive a subsidy from Social and Health department. Not all staff posts are funded by the Department of Social development; this is a major challenge for our organization. The workshop area has three supervisors who supervise the beneficiaries; these staff salaries are not subsidised by government subsidy. We therefore rely on donors and sponsors to support us financially in this regard.

Building Maintenance

Structure was built in 1969 and needs constant attention. Materials such as paint and ceiling boards are welcome from those who wish to donate to enhancing the environment for our beneficiaries.

Stationery

Printing paper, pencils, black pens.

Food

We encourage donation of these items due to the ever increasing price hikes of basic commodities such as non-perishable produce, namely: rice, sugar, mealie meal, rice and canned foods.

Garden

Seedlings, irrigation system.
